RETURNS
Our goods are exempt from being returned due to sanitary reasons. Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Candle orders that are shipped during the hot summer months are ordered at your own risk, and could possibly arrive melted from sitting in a hot truck. This may also occur if the delivered package is left sitting in mailboxes or on porches in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. A melted candle does not equate to being damaged.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. As well as products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
